Shipping through UPS


Aszú Wines & Spirits does not, as a business, ship wine outside of NY. However, upon purchase, ownership of and title to all alcoholic beverages passes from Aszú Wines & Spirits to you/the buyer in the State of NY. In the case of shipments outside of NY, the sole responsibility for complying with local regulations lies with the customer. By placing an order on this site and selecting shipping, you authorize Aszú Wines & Spirits to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. We are happy, however, to coordinate shipment of your wine, by you, to most locations in the U.S. We are NOT able to service certain states, the complete list is at the end of this page.


• Any orders placed after 4:00 PM EST on Wednesday will typically be held and shipped the following Monday.

• If you still wish for your order to be shipped before Monday, you may request this at checkout, but you assume all risk for potential heat/cold damage.

• Shipping fees are calculated based on the amount of bottles, weight, and destination. Upon checkout, delivery fees will be calculated by the carrier.


Shipping Schedule and Storage Holds

To protect the quality of your wine and spirits, we avoid having shipments held in non-temperature-controlled facilities over the weekend.


Consolidation and Holding Orders

We can hold incomplete cases free of charge to consolidate orders and minimize delivery fees. If you want us to hold your order for you, you must select "Pick-Up" and add a note upon checkout. Delivery fees will be calculated once you request delivery.


Failed Delivery Policy


• By Federal Law, all orders must have an "Alcohol Included" sticker on the package and must be signed for and accepted by a person who is at least 21 years old with a valid ID. The carrier cannot leave the order at your door.

• We highly recommend sending your order to a commercial space or your workplace to ensure you are available to accept it. As the buyer, you are responsible for ensuring you are able to accept delivery.

• If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the carrier will return the order to our store. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping fee AND the new shipping fee to resend the order.


State Shipping Restrictions

We cannot deliver to any Dry Counties, even if we can deliver elsewhere in that state.
